9. dan Erasmus + Danska

We started the day with an icy morning and warm tea. We went to school, where we first watched a video about the Danish restaurant Noma. After explaining the recipes, we started preparing dishes for a 3-course lunch in groups. For the appetizer, we prepared a savory puff pastry in the shape of a cupcake with bechamel sauce with chicken and asparagus. The main course consisted of a roll of beef stuffed with carrots and bacon, drizzled with grayve sauce, and puree. For dessert we had a sourdough cake with a brown sugar topping. After we ate everything and cleaned the kitchen, we went back to the camp and rested in our houses until dinner. We ended the day with karaoke.
